SAP ABAP Developer
Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development which includes at least 1 Implementation experience (Green-field implementation).
- In-depth knowledge of the SAP ABAP programming language which includes Experience in developing applications using object-oriented programming techniques.
- Expertise in enhancing standard SAP functionality leveraging standard enhancements framework – User exists, Business Add Ins (BADI), Enhancement Spots (Implicit & Explicit).
- Form Development experience in Smart-forms and Adobe forms.
- Module pool programming experience using custom controls and reports creation using ALV (OO ALV and Grid display)
- Knowledge in consuming of API’s, RFC, Webservices (SOAP, REST) and development of objects which includes Workflow, ABAP Core data services, NetWeaver Gateway, OData services S/4 HANA is a must have.
- Experience in performance tuning technique (SAT, ST05, SQL Trace) and working experience in sap upgrade project (Phases – SPAU/SPDD) would be added advantage.
- Knowledge on designing and developing process chain in business warehouse.
- Experience in Managing Transports between SAP landscape.
- Functional knowledge in SAP FICO background would be useful.
- Added advantage if you possess hands-on experience in other SAP technologies, such as SAP Fiori development, Smart Data Integration, SAP BTP.
- Experience in developing data migration programs, LSMW scripts (BDC, BAPI, IDOC, Direct/Batch Input) and LTMC tool
