Qualities:
- Seasoned solution architect that has experiences in designing enterprise scale applications
- Modern architecture, security and integration patterns, e.g. Microservice, event driven, domain driven design, Oauth, Cloud native concepts
- Java, Spring/Springboot background. Is not required to code but needs to be hands on, able to navigate code and conduct code reviews
- Fluent in communication. Able to articulate technical ideas to both technology and business audience
- Excellent presentation skills: Need to handle management, business, and executive level presentations
- Collaborative in nature
- Great sense of ownership and responsibility
- Self driven and proactive
- Able to coach and guide development team throughout implementation cycle of the solution.
Additional requirements that are APIM specific:
- Overall API Gateway experiences
- Azure cloud experience with different azure services (Azure keyvault, vnet, privatelink, storage, monitoring etc)
- Azure APIM experiences – Control plane, gateway and developer portal
- APIM based API development and devops expertise using ARM (Azure resource manager) templates, BICEP and/or C# for advanced APIM policy.
- GraphQL experience
Expectations:
- Lead and own end to end solution for Digital Technology, from frontend to backend, covering both functional and non-functional aspects
- Lead the design of cost-effective and innovative solutions to meet both business objectives and the goal of operational efficiency
- Support rest of technology teams throughout the project life cycle in understanding the solution
- Be an active player in consultant community, maintaining consistency across the platform, and adopting best practices
