Role: Process Analyst
Length: 3-6 month contract to FTE conversion
Location: Hybrid; 2 days on-site
Skill Set:
- Experienced in writing Protocols, procedures playbooks, Visio diagrams (current and future state)
- Have experienced with standardization of process in a bank
- Experience in documenting Controls, documentation of process need to generated from scratch and updated.
- Gap analysis
- Have to be strong writers, be logical, analytical
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Procedural documentation and development of standard operating procedures and RACIs
- Process engineering / re-engineering
- Nice to have: Six sigma / process analyst experience
- Nice to Have: Banking experience in Fraud/ Info Sec./ Incident Management / AML area (experience in any of our domains would be valuable, given the uniqueness of the taxonomy)
- Should have good understanding of what 2nd/3rd lines of defense is at Bank and would expect to see in those operating procedures
