Business Analyst
Job Description:
As a Business Analyst at Jarvis, you will play a pivotal role in a data transformation journey within the Global Asset Management domain. Your primary focus will be on stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and ensuring alignment between business needs and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the project team to gather and define requirements for the data transformation project
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit and document business needs, objectives, and priorities
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for data solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical deliverables
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate project updates, progress, and outcomes effectively
- Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis to identify potential challenges and opportunities for the project
- Support change management activities and ensure stakeholder buy-in for project initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and business optimization based on data insights and analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on data transformation projects within the Global Asset Management or Wealth Management industry
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully delivering business analysis outcomes that drive business value and impact
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically, problem-solve, and drive decision-making based on data-driven insights
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus
