Consultant, Business Systems Analysis What You’ll Be Doing You will be joining CIBC, Corporate Centre Technology, Financial Crimes Technology division. You’ll be at the heart of CIBC a digital transformation, building easy, flexible, and personalized banking solutions to enhance client experience and change the way that people bank. As a Business Systems Consultant, you will you will be joining the Anti-Money Laundering Technology group, specificallly Global Screening Solutions team to support end-to-end project implementation and act as a sub?ject matter expert in both business and technology. Yo will ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and build flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience. How You’ll Succeed Understanding and Documenting Requirements – Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements. Solution Design – Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance. Leading and Mentoring – Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. You have a University degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or Engineering (or equivalent work experience, and/or a related field, and a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Developer in the financial services or IT/telecom industries, including solid experience in application development, leading projects and designing solutions. It’s an asset if you have experience with Agile methodologies, and Application and/or Architecture Development. Values matter to you.
