The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Vice President of Client Solutions to join our advisory team and support our clients with both their big picture and everyday problem solutioning.  This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll grow and manage a portfolio of clients and/or geography, coach cross-functional teams, and partner with our CEO and CCO in expanding Jarvis presence in Western Canada. You will champion Jarvis' culture and values while ensuring high-performance delivery across client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to develop high-performing data solutions and strategies for successful delivery.

  • Lead client relationship management within your geographic region.

  • Guide project teams to ensure high levels of employee engagement and accountability.

  • Expand Jarvis’ presence by cultivating relationships with industry leaders.

  • Deliver high customer satisfaction and compliance with best practices.

  • Champion Jarvis’ culture both internally and externally.

What You Bring

  • Proven senior (Director +) leadership experience within a delivery organization.

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Expertise in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

  • Ability to create and execute strategic initiatives while managing resources and budgets.

  • A passion for mentoring and developing future leaders.

  • Proven ability to consistently exceed delivery performance expectations.
