Our client is a leading global consulting firm, and they are seeking skilled resources who are well versed with Contact Centre and have Five9 IVA/VCC development & configuration skills. 

These roles will be fully remote, and candidates can be located anywhere across Canada.  This role is open as FT or Contract, depending on the preference of selected candidates.

  • Anticipated start date: Early June
  • Contract Duration (if contract preferred):  6 months – 1 year+  (or full-time employment)
  • Level: Intermediate – Senior
  • Certification Requirements:  Five9 IVA/VCC
  • Timezone: EST
  • Location: Fully Remote (located anywhere across Canada)
  • Requirements:
    • Experience in the contact centre domain
    • Dev/Config experience implementing Five9 CCaaS,
    • Conversational design using Five9 IVA/Studio with Google Dialogflow
  • Nice to Haves: 
    • Agile,
    • CI/CD
    • Integration experience
