Jarvis is in search of a Technical Project Manager to join our healthcare client. The successful candidate will oversee, direct, and manage assigned client implementations and/or internal projects, ensuring that all milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and budgets are met. This role involves leading project teams, collaborating with technical resources, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that project hours are accurately tracked and reported using project management tools, with appropriate funding recovered through receivables or internal processes.
 
Key Responsibilities
 

  • Oversee client implementations and internal projects

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans

  • Meet milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and budgets

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders

  • Manage resource allocation and requirements

  • Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

  • Collaborate with internal teams and product development

  • Ensure smooth transitions between project phases

  • Maintain strong client relationships

  • Manage expectations and deliver to client satisfaction

  • Track and report billable hours accurately

  • Provide regular status updates on project progress

  • Submit change requests when necessary

  • Comply with privacy and security policies

 
Qualifications
 

  • 5+ years in technical project management (software development)

  • 3+ years in IT, with focus on data migration projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • PMP certification required

  • Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools

  • Strong knowledge of IT best practices and processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure

  • Customer-focused approach
