Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Security Analyst, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for spearheading critical security initiatives, incident management, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing. In this role, you will lead security architecture discussions, drive the deployment and upgrades of security solutions, and play a pivotal role in shaping our security posture. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading security architecture discussions to enhance the organization's overall security posture.
- Managing alerts and incident responses to swiftly address security threats and breaches.
- Overseeing vulnerability scans and coordinating annual penetration testing activities.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for new security solution deployments and upgrades.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures.
- Bringing expertise in Cortex XDR, Rapid7, and Security Architecture to enhance our defensive capabilities.
- Utilizing your System Administration, Firewall, and Networking experience to bolster our security infrastructure.
- Leveraging Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise to align security strategies with our technology stack.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the security team.
