Senior Analyst , IAM

Overview
Our client is looking for a security analyst, with hands-on experience on security tools, to join its IT security team. The incumbent ensures the seamless operations for identity and access management.

Responsibilities

  • Design, engineer, deploy, and support of our IDAM tools and platform that is part of our Provisioning & Identity Management.
  • Work with our business partners, Integration consultants, and internal teams to drive the integration and onboarding of systems and applications on our IDAM tools and platform.
  • Work with our Governance, Risk, HR, and Enterprise Technology partners to develop our Provisioning & Identity Management strategy and technology roadmaps.
  • Conduct health checks on the security systems, identifying the opportunities for improving configuration, automation and integration with other tools.
  • Hands-on experience in the implementation, administration, configuration and support of IDAM tools & platform and supporting technologies.
  • Experience in integrating IDAM tools and platform with enterprise systems, infrastructure platforms (Unix, Databases, Active Directory, LDAP, ACF2 etc.) and business applications. Experience
  • Strong understanding of user life cycle, RBAC policies, enterprise roles, rules, Lifecycle events and provisioning workflows etc. to enable the engineering and onboarding of systems and applications on the IDAM tools and platform.
  • Working knowledge of IAM industry standards & protocols including SAML, OpenID Connect, Oauth, RBAC, LDAP, Kerberos, etc.
  • Conduct Analysis of Risk related to Confidentiality, Integrity and availability of IT resources and propose recommendations to mitigate these risks
  • Deploy the privilege identity access management solutions, Vault, Privilege Session Manager, and Privilege Threat Analytics Work with the governance team to develop, maintain and update security standards, processes and documentation
  • Administrative knowledge of Microsoft Security practices using Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 Online groups
  • Maintain security posture of the IT ecosystem by continuously monitoring, evaluating the security standards; coordinate the implementation of corrective measures to ensure compliance with stated IT security standards
     

Qualifications

  • University degree with a minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Information Security Operations, preferably in Identity and Access Management.
  • Understand Security frameworks such as NIST and OWASP
  • Working towards Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CISA,
  • Bilingual (written and spoken) French and English is a strong asset
  • Banking experience
  • Strong Understanding of Active Directory, Kerberos, networking, Firewalls, DLP
  • Experience on tools such as Tivoli, Sailpoint, Cyberark, Okta, Siteminder can be an asset.
  • Experience and knowledge of regulatory audit and compliance, and risk management.
  • Posses advanced communication (verbal/written/presentation/reporting) skills.
