As a member of Client Development team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client relationships while fulfilling their hiring needs. Your responsibilities encompass proactive engagement, market insight provision, candidate presentation, and business development. This role combines the expertise of a Client Executive and a Senior Technical Recruiter to provide comprehensive solutions to both clients and candidates.
Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing ongoing communication to grasp requirements and address inquiries.

Offer valuable market intelligence, insights, and advisory services to clients, ensuring well-informed decision-making.

Present candidates to clients, providing detailed profile assessments that align with their needs.

Foster strong relationships with key client executives, establishing a solid rapport.

Identify clients' business objectives and elucidate how Jarvis’ services can drive desired outcomes.

Apply consultative selling techniques, focusing on client value and ROI.

Engage in new business prospecting, arranging and conducting introductions virtually and in person.

Collaborate with peers, supporting consultants and specialists to devise transformative solutions for complex client environments.

Utilize CRM tools to manage account activities, pipeline progression, and forecasting.
What You Bring:

A post-secondary education, preferably in business or a related field.

8+ years of relevant experience in professional sales, business development, or consulting.

5-10 years of recruitment experience in the technology or IT sector.

1-2 years of account management experience.

Proven history of expanding sales account bases, ideally within the financial industry.

Proficiency in managing client relationships, ensuring top-tier rapport.

Knowledge of IT sales, consulting, or related domains.

Background in managing client relationships with financial institutions.

Aptitude in employing consultative selling methodologies.

Ability to effectively match candidates to client requirements.

Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Diploma or degree in Business, Technology, or a similar field.
