Overview:
- Lead solution delivery projects from requirements gathering and design to delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies. Collaborate with project and program managers to build project plans and timelines.
- Support Project Manager in both Agile and Waterfall projects to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop accurate User Stories and Business Requirements with User Acceptance criteria that can be used by developers, testers, and clients to capture and realize business value.
- Evaluate business value of User Stories and Business Requirements in liaison with clients and project teams. Prioritize stories for execution by the team.
- Position solutions and options to business stakeholders, providing expert advice and insights.
- Collaborate with the development team during implementation to refine User Stories and ensure their successful delivery.
- Collaborate with strategy team upstream and Technology Architect downstream to align project delivery with broader organizational goals.
- Create supporting technical documentation where UI/UX designs and API definitions do not capture nuanced product requirements, including matrices, sample calculations, field definitions, and flow diagrams.
- Play a senior consulting role for specific areas of domain expertise, providing guidance on technology and solution choices to implement the solution.
- Direct development methodology and act as a technical leader within the team. This includes supervising, mentoring, and coaching developers, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
- Act as the Functional lead on complex projects from conception to implementation, including leading interactions with internal architects and third-party Systems Integrators.
- Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and support of in-house built and procured production systems.
- Be prepared for travel within North America and some European locations if required.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Possess expertise with large ERP applications, with Oracle JDE experience considered an asset.
- Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, with preference for Salesforce.com and Salesforce Communities.
- Demonstrated experience using native Mobile apps and Responsive Design in delivering digital solutions to enhance client brands and improve customer relationships, leveraging CRM tools.
- Successfully delivered Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, and CRM projects in the past.
- Proficient in working with a leading Ecommerce and Integration platform(s), including but not limited to:
- Salesforce
- WordPress
- Oracle Fusion Middleware
- Exposed to or directly used ECM, or Web CMS
- Integration Frameworks (SOAP, REST, JSON)
- XML/XML Schema and experience with Data Modeling
- UI/UX Design Principles
- SharePoint experience is an asset
- Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML/Javascript
Who you are:
- Possess over 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specializing in Sales and Customer Service for complex technology projects in the Manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing large and medium-sized projects that involve both internal teams and external partners.
- Skilled in business process flows and modeling.
- Proficient in analytical skills to develop new reporting analytics.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to different levels of the organization using PowerPoint and other communication tools.
- Experienced with SDLC methodology to manage projects from Requirement Gathering, Design, Testing, Documentation Training through Implementation, and Post Live Support.
- Experience in implementing Solution Architecture for Ecommerce systems and integrations.
- Comfortable delivering solution overviews, webinars, and training while having client-facing and customer-facing experience.
- Able to communicate effectively, produce documentation, prepare and lead client sessions, among other skills.
- Skilled in navigating ambiguity, overcoming confusion, and simplifying complex situations.
- Experienced in presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability and experience of working with executive-level staff.
- Previous experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA/Trello.
- Must possess a university degree.
- Possessing a PMI-PBA certification is an added advantage.
