QA Program Manager
Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in QA/testing in Director/Manager roles.
- Experience working in Financial Institutions on large scale migration projects (Major CDN banks)
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Handling scheduling, status reporting, ensuring dependencies are in place
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overarching test strategy for the program – between client and vendor
- Develop and manage all application processes to ensure proper QA processes are aligned with the technology standards
- Oversee or conduct the defect meetings; from reporting, documenting, tracking, and resolving via an approved QA tool
- Participate in system integration design walkthroughs and help with the testing gap analysis reviews
- Coordinate with stakeholder groups and external vendors to plan testing activities
- Manage the testing life cycle documentation, including planning, test case development, environment setup, defect logs, test phase closure reports, entry/exit criteria, and gating
- Perform risk assessments, communicate and negotiate timelines, scope, and milestones
