Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant
Our client is a leading global consulting firm, and they are seeking a highly driven, experienced Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant experienced in HR & Finance modules, to support the discovery phase of a large implementation.
This position focuses on guiding and assisting clients through day-to-day system support of all Oracle Cloud Procurement modules. The consultant will be responsible for working with the client team to resolve issues, troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and continue system enhancement to optimize business operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement business processes.

Contract Duration: 9 weeks to start, with expectation to extend for 12 months – this is a discovery phase of a large implementation

Responsibilities:

Using in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Procurement Applications and industry best practice, consult with clients to provide cost effective solutions to solve business problems

Provide high quality customer care, by working with client teams in gathering information to solve day to day system issues

Troubleshoot client issues by performing research, open SRs, system testing, and system configuration

Collaborate with client teams in performing upgrade activities such as system configuration, testing and end user training
-
Proactively contribute to the overall support process, by suggesting & executing new process efficiencies, documenting common support issues and workarounds, to minimize the number of future support requests

Refine customer requirements in detail, document and present to the client for approval

Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving system issues

Work with Oracle to resolve service requests

Participate in team training activities to keep current with Oracle Cloud functionality
Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Procurement consultant

Oracle Cloud certification
-
Public sector experience
-
Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills

Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements and solving day-to-day issues

Ability to gather and document business requirements, lead troubleshooting analysis, perform functional configuration and manage upgrade testing

Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
