Overview
In this role, you will work in close coordination with the team to develop, execute and deliver on all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives and enhancements. In addition, you will plan, track and achieve against goals and objectives to improve operational effectiveness and create sustainable value creation for the CRM user base.
What your day looks like:
- Determines what Microsoft Dynamics Developments bring value to Investor Services.
- Design Solutions based on business requirements.
- Oversees Microsoft Dynamics support, testing, and releases.
- Execution of solution configuration and development.
- Work with teams to develop business requirements acting as SME providing guidance to ensure optimal efficiency of proposed solutions.
- Work with members of Client Success, Business Development, and Client Operations teams to ensure that the initiatives and projects being delivered are of a high standard and quality.
- Leads business issue support and resolution
- Develop a close working relationship with the Microsoft team.
- Enhance and streamline our business processes across our platform to be more responsive to immediate business needs.
- Oversight and management of governance related to PIA/Risk/Audit & Cloud Infrastructure as it relates to our application of Dynamics.
- Business Case estimation and oversight of costs.
Your experience and skills (Mandatory requirements):
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/ CRM products.
- Understanding of the landscape of CRM solutions.
- Strong team player and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across a global business with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
