Job Description:
- Manage a team of 14 resources responsible for deploying, maintaining, and managing Tier 1 application
- Manage, coach, develop resources and all necessary HR administration duties
- On call production Support in a 24/7 environment, accountable for all Production issues and necessary communication, including up management.
- Full Life cycle Incident Management for all Production Issues, including recovery, remediation and Post Incident Review (PIR)
- Participate/attend all internal meetings with overall technology Partners and Enterprise Management
- Participate in all technology operations Intakes and able to support the team to deliver on a number of technology operations intakes for our AD and TO partners, whilst maintaining application stability and operations on a day to day basis.
- Currently participating in all internal intakes
- Work/Manage Technology partners and vendor partners to expand the realm of participation and collaboration on operations delivery and support.
- Work/Manage and Participate in all PSP Application Releases
- Manage and create all Application Deviations for both Project and Production and participate in all MAP meetings
- Responsible for all Base initiatives and in some cases take on the role of Project Management
- Work with internal partners on all administrative items such as but not limited to Standard, Accessibility and Risk assessments,
- Work with technology partners in establishing standards and best practices to your application
