The Opportunity
The Manager, People Operations will play a crucial role in driving people's decisions across the organization through the lens of people data. With a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of data and analytics, and HR practices, the Manager, People Operations will support the employee lifecycle and HR function.
What You’ll Do
People Data, Reporting & Analytics (40%):

Track and analyze HR data, including employee engagement, turnover, performance metrics, and headcount.

Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.

Use data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of people initiatives, and inform strategic decisions.

Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information.
Performance Management & Improvement (20%):

Implement and manage a performance review process that aligns with company goals and encourages growth.

Partner with leadership to identify skills gaps and develop tailored training and development plans.

Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and feedback to support career development across the team.
Learning & Development (20%):

Identify learning needs within the organization and collaborate with the HR team, and the managers to design and deliver relevant learning and development programs.
People Operations & HR Compliance (20%):

Oversee core HR functions, including benefits administration, policy updates, and compliance initiatives.

Develop and implement policies that support organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Stay informed of changes in employment laws and industry best practices, updating processes as needed.
What You Bring

3-4+ years of experience working in HR, ideally in a startup or scaleup environment.

You bring subject matter expertise to your work and have touched many areas of HR and the employee journey.

Experience with HR data and analytics to make business decisions.

You’re a problem solver and can think outside the box.

You’re familiar with HR software and systems (we use intelliHR), Microsoft, and Google Suite
