About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time Data Analyst/Scientist. This hybrid position, based in Minneapolis, MN, is ideal for data professionals looking to make a meaningful impact through research-driven insights. Key responsibilities include creating data visualizations, supporting data quality control, and providing scientific insights. If you excel in statistical analysis, data visualization, and understand relevant scientific terminology, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research. Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for various workgroups.
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation using R, providing actionable insights.
• Organize and manage datasets in Excel, with preliminary analyses as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to address data needs and support high data
quality.
• Contribute to internal documentation and project tracking.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in statistics and data science principles.
• Expertise in statistical programming, preferably in R (or similar language).
• Skilled in Tableau for dashboard creation (or willingness to learn).
• Experience with Excel for data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with longitudinal study design or neuroscience is a plus.
• Located in Minneapolis, MN.

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Ability to work independently and manage time eNectively.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical
