As Jarvis continues to grow in all areas of the organization, growing demands have been placed on the Sales and Technology Advisory teams. Required support for both of these teams have included the creation, management and delivery of materials used to better support the needs of our valued clients.

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for successful recruitment delivery across all lines of business.

Overview of the role:

  • Champion best practices and processes as they relate to the recruitment life cycle.

  • Ensure collaboration with internal operations, sales and clients.

  • Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure requirements are understood and candidates meet client needs.

  • Participate in client intake and uptake calls, providing market intelligence and advice.

  • CRM and sales workflow optimization, ensuring that best practices are followed and data is captured and analyzed.

  • Adhere to SLAs, providing reporting and insights for quarterly business reviews.

  • Own, deliver and continually strive to achieve KPIs and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Executive Support 

  • Create, manage and supply support/materials for Sales Executive use.

  • Responsible for initial candidate screenings and quality submissions to the client. 

  • Relay candidate feedback to recruiters to ensure quality candidate pipelines and ensure submissions are made quickly & efficiently to the client.

  • Assist with ad hoc/administration duties for each assigned client opportunity (onboarding/offboarding/escalations, etc.). 

  • Own, deliver and continually strive to achieve KPIs and organizational goals.

  • Ensure Bullhorn is populated with up-to-date and accurate Client contact details.

  • Maintain Active Req and related CSM trackers to assist Internal/External job owners.

  • Document/Track important client information to establish successful rapport with Client Contacts. 

  • Coordinate candidate/client interviews and obtain prompt feedback

  • Obtain interview feedback and communicate with recruitment and sales teams

  • Champion knowledge of assigned client SOW/MSA’s. 

  • Liaise with Sales Executives to create, update and maintain client Organizational charts in Bullhorn CRM.

Reporting 

  • Provide end-of-month/quarter KPI reports outlining overall performance and effectiveness 

  • Manage and oversee all TAC placements and assigned contractors (extensions/roll offs.)

  • Format and publish new job descriptions after the Sales Executive has entered them into Bullhorn.

  • Carry out, collaborate and assist the Sales Executive with all administrative duties when required (Change Requests, Job Creation, Placement Creation/Onboarding, etc.).
