Client Engagement Specialist
Our Professional Services Consulting client is seeking a Sales Representative who will utilize the Challenger Sales Methodology to drive sales and generate new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of client businesses and legislation, allowing them to provide unique insights and tailored solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will take control of the sales process, discuss trade-offs and alternatives with clients, and ultimately position our client as a trusted thought leader and partner. This position will work directly with the Vice President of Operations in their attempt to drive new business.
- Utilize the Challenger Sales Methodology to differentiate our client and provide unique insights during sales interactions.
- Tailor messages to align with client value drivers and address specific needs, such as expediting start dates or mitigating risk.
- Position the client as a trusted thought leader and partner, showcasing our expertise and ability to deliver results.
- Demonstrate high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) during client interactions, utilizing behavioral-based interview assessment and personality testing to build rapport and understand their needs.
- Engage in constructive conversations with clients, utilizing excellent debating skills to address their concerns and provide persuasive solutions.
- Handle client interactions with a high degree of diplomacy, ensuring that their queries and requests are addressed professionally and efficiently.
- Utilize an innovative and forward-thinking mindset, with a broad view of the business world, to identify potential opportunities and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Apply knowledge or experience in legal investigations to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Customize information and tailor messages to individual client needs, ensuring that they receive personalized attention and relevant solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and legislation, allowing for the provision of valuable insights and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in a sales setting, ideally in those pertaining to public sector or in professional staffing
- High degree of diplomacy in handling client interactions with excellent debating skills and the ability to engage in constructive conversations with clients

- Knowledge or experience with the Challenger Sales Methodology, or willingness to learn and apply it effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage in meaningful dialogue with clients
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to take control of the sales process and guide clients towards making informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to discuss trade-offs and alternatives effectively
