Adobe AEP Solutions Designer/Architect – Marketing Technology

The Role
- You will play a pivotal role in designing, building and implementing innovative solutions that meet complex business needs. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating and optimizing Adobe’s cutting-edge technologies, ensuring they align seamlessly with our marketing and data ecosystem.
- Guide the design and architecture of solutions of marketing capabilities with the objective of delivering personalized experience at scale by utilizing the Adobe Experience suite of marketing platforms. This includes hands-on configuration within Adobe AEP/CDP and AJO.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and architecture to lead the development and continuous refinement of the overall product strategy, technology roadmap, intermediate and end state solution design involving Adobe AEP/CDP, AJO, Target, and Adobe Campaign (V7).
- Contribute to the creation of proof of concepts (POC) to test validated solutions (e.g. Adobe Target and AJO)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery engagements to determine a client’s optimal marketing tech stack and architecture within the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem.
- Lead complex business/technical integrations across a variety of client apps and Martech tools
- Develop and maintain end-to-end solution design documentation
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define architecture and solution design roadmaps, assess technical feasibility, and mitigate risks
- Work with technology teams to design optimal data ingestion pipelines
- Manage and configure data sources for ingestion into Adobe AEP (RT-CDP) mapping them to XDM model
- Perform data transformations using Data Distiller
- Create advanced custom XDM schemas
- Implement complex Identity graphs rules
- Implement data security policies in AEP
- Use with AEP WebSKD and Mobile SKDLeverage Adobe Data Collection tools for effective real time data collection
- Help define reusable audiences
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for business and IT teams on how to configure, evolve, and maximize the potential of AEP/CDP, and AJO.
- Manage and configure AJO, including triggers/events and complex offer decisioning
What you’ll need:
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing solutions with a focus on personalization, utilizing the Adobe Experience suite of platforms (Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe RT-CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe WebSDK, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, AEM).
- Deep expertise in the design, implementation, integration, and maintenance of best practices and ideal architecture for a company’s Martech stack, with a focus on the Adobe Experience Platform.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Computer Science or equivalent university degree or college diploma
- Proficient in English and excellent communication and leadership skills
- Minimum 5 years of working of large scale Martech Transformation Programs
- Up-to-date understanding of latest AEP/CDP features
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with Adobe AEP/RT-CDP, including minimum of 3 years’ experience with XDM data modeling and identity resolution within AEP
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Adobe SDKs and Data Collections
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Adobe AJO
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Adobe Target
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Adobe Campaign
- Experience with AWS Data Pipelines and Services
- Experience with API integrations and microservices architecture.
- Certifications (architecture and/or developer) AEP/CDP and AJO products
Bonus:
- Experience with Decision engine technologies
