Participez activement à l’évolution numérique en intégrant le programme de transformation Cloud (CTP), une initiative stratégique visant à moderniser l’environnement technologique de l’organisation.
En tant que consultant(e), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion et la coordination des activités du programme. Vous serez également responsable d’aider avec la gestion des ressources fournisseurs, en facilitant leur intégration dans les équipes et en assurant leur alignement avec les objectifs du programme.
De plus, vous contribuerez à la gestion budgétaire, en soutenant le suivi des coûts, l’optimisation des ressources et la reddition de comptes. Le programme CTP favorise une culture d’agilité, de collaboration et d’innovation, et vous serez appelé(e) à travailler dans un environnement dynamique, où l’échange de savoir et la résolution créative de défis sont au cœur de la réussite collective.
?? Responsabilités clés
? Gestion de projet
• Coordination de rencontres en lien avec le programme
• Suivi financier des fournisseurs dans le cadre du programme de transformation Cloud
• Produire des rapports d’avancement adaptés aux parties prenantes
• Planifier, exécuter et suivre les projets TI en mode Agile/SaFe pour certains volets du programme
• Utiliser JIRA pour la gestion des tâches, des rapports d’itération et des métriques de performance
• Assurer l’alignement entre les équipes TI et affaires sur les interdépendances
? Suivi des consultants
• Gérer les débuts et départs via Fieldglass, en respectant les pratiques internes
• Participer à l’onboarding et au suivi des consultants dans le cadre des projets
• Gestion des accès et équipement
? Profil recherché
• Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en TI ou gestion de projet
• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets d’envergure (?2M$)
• Connaissance Cloud (AWS)
• Maîtrise des outils Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence)
• Expérience en gestion de consultants et en structuration budgétaire
• Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse
• Leadership, rigueur, capacité à naviguer dans des environnements complexes

Financial tracking of vendors within the Cloud Transformation Program

Produce progress reports tailored to stakeholders

Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects using Agile/SaFe methodology for certain aspects of the program

Use JIRA for task management, iteration reports, and performance metrics

Ensure alignment between IT and business teams regarding interdependencies
? Consultant Oversight

Manage onboarding and offboarding via Fieldglass, following internal practices

Participate in onboarding and monitoring of consultants within projects

Manage access and equipment
? Desired Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or project management
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects (?$2M)

Knowledge of Cloud (AWS)

Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)

Experience in consultant management and budget structuring

Excellent writing and synthesis skills
