Job Description:
As a Business Systems Analyst you will work with business and other technical teams to document solution/business requirements, facilitate discussions and support end to end project implementation.

Understanding and documenting requirements – Work closely with business partners to gather complicated business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Create strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.

Communication and Relationships – Build strong relationships and partnerships with technical team members, business team and peers. Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Who You Are

Experience gathering requirements, solutioning and able to know if the defect is part of the original requirement.

Experience in drafting Software Requirements Documents (SRD), ensuring clear, comprehensive documentation for development and implementation

Strong SQL querying experience

In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience working with DEV and QA to provide execution support.

You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, and/or a related field, and you have experience in a BSA role working on projects and designing solutions. It’s an asset if you have experience with Agile methodologies and Application Development.
