Our client, a pioneer in healthcare technology is in search of a Product Manager to be at the forefront of developing a complex, multidisciplinary product with the potential to transform healthcare. You will design integrated systems for consumers, patients, healthcare providers, and clinics that span the continuum of care. By generating product requirements and coordinating with cross-functional teams—including UX/UI, data science, mobile and web applications, cloud services, hardware, firmware, smart textiles, and regulatory compliance—you'll innovate user experiences around complex, multimodal medical data, distilling insights for patients and enhancing engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders to convert needs into actionable plans for UX designers and developers.

Documentation and Tools Management: Utilize tools like JIRA for creating requirements and tracking progress, and Confluence or other documentation systems for maintaining detailed records, especially those used for medical validation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and regulatory teams to integrate live data streaming and advanced healthcare solutions.

Process Efficiency: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, leveraging AI tools and basic coding skills.

Requirements:

Exceptional Writing Skills: Outstanding copywriting and technical writing abilities.

Experience: 3+ years in product management, design, or development.

Technical Aptitude: Quick learner, capable of rapidly immersing in medical workflows, regulatory requirements, and human-data interaction experiences.
Proficiency with JIRA and Documentation Systems: Experienced in creating requirements and tracking progress using JIRA, and documenting processes on Confluence or similar systems used for medical validation.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Figma, basic coding, video/audio editing, and workflow automation.
