As our Support Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, Talent Delivery Services, to streamline operational and administrative tasks essential to our daily talent delivery service. Your responsibilities will include enhancing processes, managing placements, facilitating onboarding, overseeing consultants, and ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage internal administrative and operational tasks for the Talent Incubation Program (TIC)

  • Assist in developing and refining processes for the talent incubation program

  • Coordinate events for the talent incubation program

  •  trainees and consultants

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures in partnership with other teams

  • Supervise and support the talent incubation program

  •  consultants as required

  • Oversee PTO for junior consultants from the talent incubation program

  • Cultivate relationships with TIC alumni and external partners to foster a strong community

  • Address ad hoc situations and special cases related to the talent incubation program

  • Assist the Sr. Manager, Talent Delivery Services as necessary

 What You Bring:

  • Educational background in business administration or relevant fields

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles

  • Knowledge of tech roles and industries

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency in organizational tools like Microsoft Suite, Notion, etc.

  • Ability to multitask effectively and maintain a high level of organization

  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities
